摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法在长余辉发光材料(Sr4Al14O25:Eu2+,Dy3+)的表面包覆TiO2-xNx。利用X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对复合材料的结构,形貌进行了表征;并研究了Sr4Al14O25:Eu2+,Dy3+/TiO2-xNx复合材料对甲基橙的光催化降解性能。
Afterglow phosphor (Sr4Al14O25:Eu^2+,Dy^3+) was coated with nitrogen-doped TiO2 film by the sol-gelprocess. Structure, morphology of Sr4Alz4Oz~:Eue+,Dy3++/TiO2-xNx composites were investigated by XRD and SEM. Photocatalytic degradation of Sr_4Al_(14)O_(25):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)/TiO_(2-x)N_xcomposites on methyl orange were studied.
