阳极溶出法-火焰原子吸收法测定草药中的金属

Determination of metal elements in chinese herbs by anodic stripping voltammetry-flame atomic absorption method

摘要 采用HNO3-HClO(44:1)混酸法对知母、柴胡、金银花、板蓝根和连翘5种中草药浸泡消解,在CH3COOH-CH3COONa底液(pH值为5)中,用阳极溶出伏安法测定5种草药中铜、铅、镉和锌含量,该法的相对标准偏差(RSD%)分别为2.1%、2.8%、2.2%、2.9%,加标回收率为95.1%~103.4%,相对原子吸收法简便快速,有较高的灵敏度,稳定性。 Five Chinese herbs were completely digested with HNO3-HCIO4 (4:1). Zn,Cu,Pb,Cd were determined by anodic stripping vohammetry. The results showde that the relative coefficient of the standard curve ( RSD% ) was 2.1% ,2.8% ,2.2% ,2.9%, respectively. The Recovery rate was 95.1%-103.4%. The method showed good sensitivity and repeatibility, were in good agreement with those obtained from the flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer (FAAS).
