摘要
论述了影响农产品质量安全的主要因素及其控制的关键环节,分析了近10年来与农产品质量安全有关的主要问题及成因,提出了控制农产品质量安全隐患的关键控制点。
This paper analyzed major factors affecting agro-product quality and safety and identified critical control points. Based on the analysis of major food incidents happened in recent 10 years, critical control points for potential threats of ago-product quality and safety were summarized.
