摘要 目的:比较不同剂量大豆异黄酮(soy isflavones,SI)降血脂功效,探索SI有效剂量范围及作用机制。方法:用高脂饲料饲养SPF级小鼠,并选择低、中、高剂量SI和雌马酚(equol)对其进行干预,干预4周后,检测血液中血脂和抗氧化指标,称量肝脏、肠和腹内脂肪后进行比较。数据处理使用SPSS13.0统计分析软件,均数比较采用方差分析的统计方法。结果:高脂饮食使SPF级小鼠腹内脂肪重量增加的同时,损伤肝脏和肠道使其重量降低,中、高剂量的SI具有降低腹内脂肪重量、保护肝脏和肠道的作用,雌马酚仅表现出保护肝脏作用。高脂饮食造成小鼠血液中总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)升高,中、高剂量的SI能够显著提升高密度胆固醇值(HDL-C)和总抗氧化活性(AOC)水平,拮抗高血脂的发展和不良影响,雌马酚仅表现出提升HDL-C作用。结论:250mg/(kg.bw)和750mg/(kg.bw)剂量水平之间的SI表现出提升HDL-C和AOC,保护肝脏、肠道和降低腹内脂肪重量的作用,且未发现该剂量范围内的毒副作用。 [Objective] To compare the effect of different dose of soy isflavones (SI) on blood lipid to find out the effective dose of SI. [Method] SPF rats were fed by high fat diet and different dose of SI and equol. After 4 weeks, we tested the indexes of blood lipid and oxidation and weighed livers, intestines and fat around organ. ANOVA was used to assess differences in groups with SPSS 13.0 statistical software. [Result] The weight of fat around organs was increased, while the weight of livers and intestines were decreased by feeding high fat diet to SPF rats. Middle and high dose of SI could reduce the increase of fat around organs and protect livers and intestines which were injuried by high fat diet, and they could also raise the level of HDL-C and AOC, while equol could only protect livers and increase the level of HDL-C. [Conclusion] The level of SI from 250mg/( kg · bw) to 750rag/( kg · bw) could protect livers and intestines and reduce the weight of fat round organs from SPF rats which were fed by fat diets. SI could also increase the level of HDL-C and AOC which benefited health.
