对当前高职学生就业素质与就业能力的思考

Consideration on Employment Quality and Ability of Higher Vocational Students

素质与能力是两个不同的概念,但当前在对高职学生就业能力和就业素质的研究中,往往侧重于某一方面的研究。表现在当前的高职教育中,导致以知识教育代替素质教育和能力教育,或者以能力教育代替素质教育。因此,应该在区分素质与能力的基础上,找出影响学生就业的素质与能力的因素,在此基础上,重视素质教育和能力教育,以提高学生的就业素质和就业能力。

Quality and ability are two different concepts.At present,however,one of the two concepts is overemphasized in the research of employment ability and quality of higher vocational schools.It can be seen in higher vocational education that the knowledge education replaces the quality and ability education or ability education replaces quality education.Therefore,we should work out the factors influencing the student employment quality and ability,based on distinguishing quality and ability,and accordingly emphasis should be laid on quality education and ability education in order to improve students’ employment quality and ability.
