摘要
从基尔霍夫衍射理论出发,从理论上分析了平行光以空间任意角度入射光栅时,夫琅和费衍射极大值沿圆锥面分布的特点,以及在三维空间中平行光斜入射光栅时的一般规律,得到在平面接收屏上的衍射花样分布的定量表达式.在实验中对衍射光斑的位置进行了测量,所得结果与理论分析一致.
Based on Kirchoff's diffraction theory,when the parallel light incidences the grating at any spatial direction,the characters of Fraunhofer diffraction's maximum along the conical and the diffraction intensity distribution of grating diffraction in three-dimensional have been analyzed,and the distribution of diffraction pattern has been received on the screen.The positions of the diffraction spots have been measured in the experiment,the result was in accordance with the theory.
