摘要
以3个不同百粒重的大豆品种为材料,分析取样大小(大豆种子克数)对大豆芽产量的影响,最终明确小样品分析技术在分析大豆芽产量时的样品最低用量。结果表明3个材料的小样品用量在5~15g之间的大豆芽产量都无显著差异,即小样品分析大豆芽产量时样品质量应≥5g,把5g作为大豆芽产量的种质筛选及其遗传规律研究的最小样品用量。
In this paper, three soybean varieties with different 100-seed weight were used to study the technique of micro-specimen measurement on soybean sprout yield. The result indicated the sprout yield of the micro-specimen sizes with 5-15 g weight was stable, in other words, we can see 5 g as a minimum weight to study the screening germless, genetic variance and analysis of inheritance.
