摘要
中学教师在工作、家庭、社会的多重因素影响下,普遍感到压力和负担较重,会产生一系列心理问题并引发一系列应激事件。EAP是一种新兴的心理咨询模式和基于心理学的人力资源管理模式,在促进员工的心理健康,提高工作效率,改善团队气氛中可以起到显著作用。采取多种有效的措施,将EAP引入中学教师管理领域,不仅能缓解教师压力,激发工作热情,改善教师生活质量,同时可以推进中学教师文化建设,改善学校管理水平,保证升学率,为学校带来客观的效益。
Influenced by the multiple factors of work,family and society,middle school teachers commonly feel high pressure and heavy burden,which can trigger a series of psychological problems and stress events.EAP is a new kind of psychological counseling model and human resource management model based on psychology,which has remarkable effect in promoting mental health of the staff,improving work efficiency and bettering team atmosphere.Introducing EAP into the administration of middle school teachers by numerable effective measures and approaches can not only ease the teacher's pressure,inspire their enthusiasm in work,improve the quality of life,but also boost the cultural construction of middle school teachers,elevate the level of school management and guarantee the school graduation rates,which in turn brings out considerable objective benefits for the school.
