Further mining and creating an effective carrier and distinctive features of school personnel training work,is the specific requirement the party and country put forward for improving college students＇ ideological and political quality and promoting the comprehensive development of students in the new time.In the new age,launching the revolutionary tradition education,university should adhere to the Marxism-Leninism,the Mao Zedong thought,Deng Xiaoping theory and the important thought of ＂Three Represents＂ as the instruction,implement the scientific outlook on development,carry out the party＇s education policy,establish the educational view that ＂school education should focus on educating people morally,intellectually,physically and aesthetically,with the moral education first＂,firmly focus on the strategic goal of university development,implement the ＂student-oriented＂ educational idea thoroughly,strengthen the pertinence,effectiveness and appeal of revolutionary tradition education,deepen the connotation,explore the typical example,widen the field,innovate the mode,gather strength and strengthen the main body,link every part together,refine the process,build the atmosphere,and improve the environment to construct the scientific system and long-term mechanism of revolutionary tradition education in university.
