摘要
先后将25份来自不同区域、不同遗传基础、不同类型的高粱种子搭载于神舟4号宇宙飞船进行航天诱变处理,诱变后代的株高、叶片形态、育性、花器和籽粒氨基酸含量等性状均表现不同类型的变异。应用诱变材料组配的高粱杂交种产量的高低取决于双亲一般配合力和特殊配合力的强弱,穗粒重是构成产量的主要因素,株高与产量呈正相关。
The sorghum seed have been bred by the technique of spacecraft Shenzhou 4 mutation breeding abroad which 25 different regions,different genetic basis and different types.The trait of Mutagenesis future generations had different types of variation which plant height,leaf morphology,fertility,flowers and grain amino acid content.The level of the application of mutagenic materials group with sorghum hybrid seed production,depending on the parents with the general strength of the force and specific combining ability,the main factors of production was grain weight is,There was a positive correlation between plant height and yield.
