Effectiveness and Revelation of Afforestation Project of the Sino-german Financial Cooperation in Gangu County

阐述了中德财政合作生态造林项目在甘谷县的实施成效和主要措施,提出的3点启示是:还权于民是调动农民积极性的主要措施;提高成活率是造林工作的核心;科学管理是项目高效运行的根本。

The effectiveness and measures of afforestation project of Sino-german financial cooperation in Gangu county was recounted,some developing strategies have been put forward in this paper that the government sets its main measures on further mobilizing peasants＇ enthusiasm by means of returning the rights to the hands of the people,and the core of afforestation work by means of improveing the survival rate,fundamental of the efficient operation of the project by means of scientific management.
