摘要
针对当前煤矿带式输送机断带事故频发、断带防护水平较低的现状,研究钢丝绳芯输送带断带机制,通过分析现有典型抓捕器的优缺点,提出电液控制型断带抓捕器解决方案,并介绍该方案的工作原理和主要模块。
Aimed at the current status of frequent broken belt accidents of belt conveyor and the lower level of belt fracture protec- tion in coal mine, the mechanism of broken belt of steel cord conveyor belt was researched. By analyzing the advantages ＆ shortcomo- ings of typical capture device currently existed, the solution of electro-hydraulic controlled type belt capture device was put forward. Its working principle and main modules were introduced.
