摘要 针对车用里程表计数器生产存在的问题,设计一种自动化水平较高的计数器组装机,用步进电机带动滚珠丝杠进而带动主副压头实现工件的自动组装,既提高了产品的质量,又减轻了工人的劳动强度。阐述基于STM32的计数器组装机的硬件组成与软件的实现方法,并针对样机试验结果进行了分析。 Aiming at the questions in production of counter of mileage recorder used in car, a higher automation level's counter assembling machine was designed. Stepping motor was used to drive ball screw and then the ball screw driven master hammer and sal- ver hammer to assemble counter. The quality of products was improved and the labor intensity was also reduced. The hardware compo- sition of the counter assembling machine based on STM32 and software's implementation method were elaborated. An analysis of model machine's test result was performed finally.
