摘要
分析盘类精密零件活塞的原加工工艺存在的问题,提出采用新工艺方法,不但缩短了工艺流程,而且减少了工装、刀具、设备的数量以及装夹次数,提高了加工精度,同时降低了加工成本。
The problem existing in the processing technology of disc-type piston was analyzed. Using the proposed new process- ing technology, not only the processing time is shortened, but also the number of frock, tool, facility and clamping frequency are re- duced. So the processing precision is improved and processing cost is reduced.
