磨边机振动原因分析与解决方法

摘要 分析引起磨边机低频微幅振动的影响因素。在单一影响因素条件下,利用万分表对磨边机在低速运行下的振动进行多次测试,分析影响机床低频微幅振动的所有影响因素,建立影响因素的振动方程;找出引起振动的主要影响因素,提出消除磨边机低频微幅振动的方法,为高精度磨边机的振动分析提供理论依据和解决方法。 Influence factors to low-frequency minuteness vibration of centering machine were researched. In term of single infec- tion factor, low-frequency minuteness swing vibration of centering machine was measured time after time by extreme meter. Mostly in- fluence factors to low-frequency minuteness swing vibration of centering machine were analyzed. Vibration equation about influence fac- tors was found. The main influence factors were found. The ways to eliminate low-frequency minuteness swing vibration of centering machine were presented, It provides theoretical basis for high precision centering machine vibration analysis.
