摘要
高速切削过程中的绝热剪切容易产生锯齿形切屑,从而影响加工表面质量和刀具寿命。对绝热剪切临界判据适用性、材料的动态塑性本构关系的理论基础、切削过程中的变形条件计算作进一步了总结,对高速切削过程中绝热剪切的影响因素、临界切削条件的确定做了系统介绍,并展望了绝热剪切预测研究的发展方向。
The serrated chips are tormed at high speed cutting process by adiabatic shear, mus alIecung me ma-chined surface quality and cutting tool life. The applicability of critical criterion for adiabatic shear, the fundamental theory of the material dynamic plasticity constitutive relationship and the calculation of deformation condition in the cutting process are introduced. The influence factors in adiabatic shear and critical cutting conditions in high - speed cutting process are summarized. The development direction of prediction research for adiabatic shearing in high speed cutting process is fore-casted.
