摘要
通过对高速数控车床主轴箱体建模,并模拟机床的工作状态,利用SolidWorks软件对模型进行有限元仿真和分析。完成了对主轴箱体的优化设计,经过该机床的实际验收及检测,证明了该有限元仿真和分析方法的可靠性。
The finite element simulation and analysis of the model by SolidWorks has been made through modeling the spindle box of high speed NC lathe and simulating the working state of the lathe.Then the optimization of the spindle box is completed,and the method of simulation and analysis has been proved to be feasible after the acceptance and check of the lathe.
