摘要
能以贵州交通职业技术学院为研究对象,从发展历程、模式描述、实施流程、总体框架几个方面探讨了在"校中厂、厂中校"办学模式下实施的"岗群轮训、平行交替"汽车运用技术专业人才培养模式。并得出该种人才培养模式的实施能有力提高专业学生技能,满足社会对汽车行业售后服务人才的大量需求的结论。
This paper takes Guizhou Polytechnic College of Communications as the research object and through analyzing its development history, pattern description, implementation process and the general framework, explores the talent training mode of the "post group rotation, parallel alternating group" for the automobile application tech- nique specialty, which isunder the t0 school in factory, factory in school" school -running pattern. The result shows that the implement of the mode can strongly improve the professional skills of students and meet the needs of society.
