摘要
本文对58例生存5年以上的脂肪肉瘤作预后因素的分析:女性,病程较长者,肿块较小,位于头颈和下肢,病理上高分化,手术切除为根治性;术后复发间期较长,外科和放射治疗相结合者预后较好。中年患者,病变位于躯干和上肢,伴随疼痛和肢体功能障碍,转移和第二病灶出现者预后较差。
Fifty-eight patients with liposarcoma survived more than five years were discussed in this paper. We concluded, females patients who had a long clinical course, smaller mass, well differentiated and focus occurred at head and neck or lower extremities, the prognosis of combined and rabiotherapy was good, hut patients in middle age, tumor site occured at trunk and upper extremities, multicentric, and metastasis, the prognosis was poor.
