扁桃体癌的放射治疗——附106例临床分析

本文就106例扁桃体癌放射治疗的疗效,影响疗效的因素和失败的原因进行了分析,其五年、十年生存率为45.2％,31.4％。临床分期,颈部有无转移,放射剂量同预后关系明显,病理类型,原发灶和颈部转移灶放疗后消失或残存同预后关系不明显。失败的主要原因是远处转移。

The study analysed radiotherapeutic effect of 106 tonsil carcinoma patients influence effective factor, and failure causes. The five years and ten years survival rate were 45.2％, 31.4％, respeclively. The clinical stage with or without clinical metastatic lymph-node, irradiation does had important significanscein association with prognosis pathologicalclassification remission or residual of the primary lesion and nech metastasis after radiation wcer of no significance in association with prognosis. The main cause of failure was remote metastasis.
