开放性无张力修补巨大腹壁切口疝22例围手术期处理分析

目的:探讨开放性无张力修补巨大腹壁切口疝围手术期处理经验。方法:收治巨大腹壁切口疝患者22例,回顾分析临床资料。结果:22例均痊愈出院,围手术期无心肺衰竭等严重并发症出现,术后无复发。结论:腹壁巨大切口疝多为老年患者,多伴全身性疾病,应加强围手术期处理,尤其是呼吸循环的检测和维护,确保手术安全。

Objective：To explore perioperative experience for open tension - free repair of large abdominal incisional hernia. Methods： Retrospectively analyzed 22 cases of diagnosis and treatment of clinical data of large abdominal incisional hernia from August 2008, to September 2011. Results ： 22 eases were cured and no perioperative cardiopulmonary failure and other serious complications, no postoperative recurrence. Conclusion： Abdominal incisional hernia mostly elderly patients, many with systemic disease. Perioperative management should be strengthened, especially monitoring and maintenance of respiration and circulation to ensure operation safety.
