摘要
目的:探讨肝病患者血脂水平变化与临床意义。方法:选择96例肝病患者(慢性肝炎42例,肝硬化31例,重症肝炎23例)和112例健康人作对照,分析血脂变化水平。结果:各型肝病患者血脂水平与对照组比较均有下降(P<0.05)。结论:肝病患者病情变化与血脂水平密切相关,对肝病患者治疗与预后有一定参考意义。
Objective：to changes of blood lip- id level in patients with liver diseases and its clinical significance, Methods： select 96cases of patients with kiver disease（ chronic hepatitis in 42cases,31 cases of liver cirrliosis, sevcre hepatitis in 23 eases） and l l2heahhy subjects as controls Analysis of lipid changes in level. Results：the blood fat level in comparison with the control group decreased（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：liver disease changes and lipid levels are closeiy re- lated to patients with liver disease, treatment and prognosis has certain referenee significance.
