摘要
在高等教育阶段对学生多元智能的开发是一项极其重要的课题。基于多元智能理论的学生管理模式采用"教师引导学生座谈"的方式,发现中外合作办学项目学生的性格特点和智能特点,能更好地帮助学生全面认识自我,迁移优势智能,做好人生规划。
The implememing of Multiple Intelligences Theory in higher education phase is a magnificent task. On the basis of the theory, the student management studied adopts the informal discussion by developing teacher' s organizing ability and encouraging students' initiatives in order to find their characteristics in personality and advantages in intelligence. Through the self - recognition, students are able to transfer their advantages in intelligence and life planning.
