摘要
本文简述了关于全球定位系统(GPS)的观测精度及新的轨道构成等发展近况。同时还介绍了一年来世界上较大的 GPS 实施与研究计划和《GPS 会刊》的创刊。
The paper briefs the recent developments about the observational accuracy of the Glo- bal Positioning System (GPS) and its new orbital structure.At the same time it also des- cribes the project of GPS(the largest in the world)under implemetation and research du- ring the year of July 1988—June 1989 and the establishment of the GPS BULLETIN.
