摘要 研究了基于动态电位判断的负载状态在线检测技术,设计了可识别直流固态功率控制器带载状态的在线检测电路。通过实时动态的判断采样电阻两端的电位差和负载公共端电位的方法来检测电路的带载状态,解决了传统的负载状态检测电路只有在负载回路工作时才能检测电路带载状态的不足。经过电路分析与实验,表明无论功率开关是处于开通还是关断状态,该负载状态在线检测电路均可以在不超过10μs的时间内准确地检测出负载的连接状态。 The principle of a load state on-line detection technology based on dynamic potential judgment is ana- lyzed, on the basis of which an on-line detection circuit for load state is designed, which applies to the solid state power controller(SSPC). By dynamically judging the potential across the sample resistor and the common terminal of the load in real-time, the circuit can judge the connection state of the load, which is superior to the traditional load detection circuit that can detect the load state only when the load loop circuit is operating. The analysis and experiment on the circuit has been made, and the results show that no matter whether the power switch is on or shut off, the load connection state can be detected accurately within no more than lOlas by this load state on-line detection circuit.
