64层螺旋CT重建技术在颌面骨骨折诊断中的应用研究

64-slice volume CT reconstruction techniques in the diagnosis of maxillofacial trauma and orthopedic effects evaluation

目的探讨64层螺旋CT容积扫描在颌面部外伤中的诊断价值。方法选择90例颌面部外伤患者,通过GE 64层容积CT扫描,GE ADW 4.3工作站进行图像后处理重建,观察骨折情况。结果 90例患者,GE容积CT扫描及其后处理的图像共发现317处骨折,重建图像清晰显示了颌面部骨折部位、类型、骨折块移位情况及颌面部立体形态改变。结论螺旋CT扫描及其重建图像弥补了普通X线及CT轴位图像不足,可以全面立体地显示病变,对于骨折诊断、手术计划制定及手术后效果评价具有重要作用。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of 64-slice Spiral CT in maxillofacial trauma.Methods 90 cases of maxillofacial trauma patients through the the GE 64 layer Lightspeed VCT scanning,GE ADW4.3 workstation was used to process and rebuild image,and the fractures were observed.Results There were 317 fractures by GE lightspeed VCT scan and post-processing of images of 90 cases.The reconstructed image clearly shows the maxillofacial fracture site,type,displacement of fracture fragments and maxillofacial three-dimensional morphological changes.Conclusion The spiral CT scan and reconstructed image make up for less than ordinary X-ray and CT axial images,display of lesions in the full three-dimension,has an important role in the fracture diagnosis,surgical planning evaluation formulation and post-operative effects
