摘要
目的探讨DR摄影与CR摄影曝光条件及对患者的X线辐射剂量。方法取本院DR照片和CR照片各2 000份,应用Arac等[1]学者的图像评价方法,由两位副主任技师和一位主任技师对照片进行分组分析,统计出甲、乙、丙片及废像率[2],在此基础上进行统计学比较及原因分析,同时对曝光条件做出比较。结果①照片质量:DR照片与CR照片差异具有统计学意义,出现非甲级片的主要影响因素主要是人为与外界因素。②摄影条件比较:同一部位DR的曝光剂量与CR的曝光剂量差别同样具有显著性差异。结论评价DR的优越性,DR数字摄影照片质量明显好于CR,曝光条件比CR低,相对减少了患者的辐射剂量。
Objective To explore the exposure condition of DR and CR to patients.And evaluate image superiority of DR.Methods Two thousand sheets of DR and CR images were selected,then one senior radiologist and two deputy radiologists analyzed.Then the paper did the statistical comparison and analysis.Results ①The difference between the quality of images for DR and CR were statistically significant;the main influence factors of no-A images were manmade and environmental factors.②The same parts of exposure dose between DR and CR were also have significant difference.Conclusion The imaging quality of DR was obviously higher than that of CR systems.It can provide reliable diagnosis evidence for clinical practice.but the advantage of DR was the lower exposure condition required,which decrease the patient dose
