摘要 目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子1在脊髓损伤中的神经保护及抗凋亡作用。方法 24只日本大耳白兔随机分为两组,一组为对照组,另一组接受胰岛素样生长因子1治疗,造模后28天对其运动功能进行评分,并对所有动物的脊髓标本进行凋亡细胞检测,比较两组的运动功能及细胞凋亡程度有无差别。结果治疗组的运动功能明显优于对照组,其凋亡细胞数目及凋亡比例均低于对照组。结论胰岛素样生长因子1可以提高脊髓损伤后的运动恢复能力,并且能够抑制细胞凋亡。 Objective To explore the effects of neuroprotection and anti-apoptosis of insulin-like growth factor 1 on spinal cord injury.Methods 24 Japanese big-ear rabbits were divided into two groups randomly.One group was control group,and another group was given insulin-like growth factor 1 and their motor ability was assessed on the 28 th day after operation.The apoptosis cells were detected in spinal cord samples of all rabbits,the differences of motor ability and cell apoptosis level between two groups were compared.Results The motor ability of treated group was superior to that of control group.The number of apoptotic cells and apoptosis proportion of treated group was less than that of control group.Conclusion Insulin-like growth factor 1 can improve movement restore ability after spinal cord injury and suppress cell apoptosis.
