正交设计优选复方芩E乳膏基质配比

摘要 目的优选复方芩E乳膏基质配比。方法针对黄芩苷的化学性质及影响乳膏外观性状和稳定性的因素,用正交设计法,以油相中的白凡士林和硬脂酸、乳化剂中的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和十二烷基硫酸钠及二甲基亚砜为可变因素,选用L9(34)表进行试验。结果最佳处方是白凡士林10%、硬脂酸0.00%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2%、十二烷基硫酸钠0.6%、二甲基亚砜6%。结论正交设计法优选出的复方芩E乳膏基质处方所制备的乳膏外观性状好,质量稳定,符合《中国药典》2010版有关乳膏的规定。 Objective To optimize formula of the compand baicalin and vitamin E cream.Methods According to the chemical ability of scutellaria and the factors that affect on the appearance and stability of cream,the dosage of white Vaseline,stearic acid,Peregal O,sodium dodecyl sulfate and dimethyl sulfoxide was taken as variable factor,the orthogonal design was adopted and L9(34) table was applied chosen for the experiment.Results The optimum formula was composed of 10% of white Vaseline,0% of stearic acid,2% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether,0.6% of sodium dodecyl sulfate and 6% of dimethyl sulfoxide.Conclusion The compond scutellaria and vitamin E cream prepared by this optimum formula has good appearance and stability and accords with the stipulation of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010.
