玻璃纤维桩在青少年前牙冠折直接修复的临床观察

Clinical observation of using fiber posts direct repaired teenagers fractured anterior teeth

目的评价纤维桩联合复合树脂修复青少年冠折前牙的临床效果。方法选择47颗已行根管治疗的青少年冠折前牙,用纤维桩和复合树脂直接修复。定期随访,观察临床效果。结果 18个月后复查,成功率为87.23%,2颗纤维桩松动脱落,1颗纤维桩折断,另有3颗树脂材料出现折裂或渗漏。结论纤维桩联合复合树脂是一种保护青少年牙体组织较理想的过渡性修复方式。

Objective To evaluate the effects of fiber posts and composite direct restoration of teenagers fractured anterior teeth. Methods 47 teenagers fractured anterior teeth were restored with fiber post and direct composite resin restoration. Patients were scheduled to be followed up after treatments. Results After observation for 18 months, the success rate reached 87.23%. Two case of post dislneation and one broken post was found. Another three resin material appeared fracture or leakage. Conclusion Fiber pile and direct composite resin restoration is a successful and effective transition treatment to protect teenagers tooth organization.
