摘要
目的监测CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞在大鼠同种异体肾移植外周血中的动态变化,研究其在预测排斥反应和免疫耐受中的价值。方法流式细胞术监测CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞在大鼠同种异体肾移植外周血中的动态变化。结果CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞在大鼠同种异体肾移植急性排斥反应过程中明显低于同系对照组,而CsA组CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞明显高于同系对照组。结论 CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞在抑制肾脏移植排斥反应中发挥重要作用,动态监测外周血中CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的水平可预测和判断急性排斥反应的发生,了解肾脏移植后受体和移植肾之间的免疫反应程度或耐受状态。
Objective To monitor the kinetic level of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of rat with renal allograft,the value of predicting rejection or tolerance in renal transplantation.Methods The kinetic level of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of rat with renal allograft was monitorred by FCM(flow cytometry).Results During the process of acute rejection,the level of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of rat with renal allograft was significantly reduced than that in the syngraft control group.the level of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in CsA group was significantly higher than that in the syngraft control group.Conclusion CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells played an important role in suppressing rejection of renal transplantation.Monitoring the kinetic level of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of renal allograft could predict rejection occurring and recognize immune reaction or tolerance status existing in recipient against renal allograft.
