Th17细胞和Treg细胞与银屑病关系的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 银屑病病因及发病机制复杂,但其核心是免疫功能异常,以T细胞为主的免疫功能紊乱在疾病发生中起重要作用,研究证实银屑病发病中存在Th1/Th2细胞平衡失调,且以Th1型反应为主。近年来研究发现两种与Th1细胞和Th2细胞不同的T细胞亚群Th17细胞与Treg细胞在银屑病发病中也起着重要作用。Th17细胞是近年来发现的一种新型CD4+T细胞亚群,它通过分泌IL-17。
