摘要
本文针对新疆某复杂铜铅锌硫化矿嵌布粒度细、品位低、次生铜高、共生关系密,且部分氧化的特点,采用铜铅混浮-铜铅分离-混浮尾矿选锌的工艺方案,在适宜的磨矿细度条件下,以新型抑制剂硫酸锌与T8按2:1组合来抑制锌矿物、新型捕收剂酯-12浮选铜铅矿物、新型抑制剂T81抑制铅矿物。闭路试验获得了铜精矿含铜25.24%,铜回收率56.61%;铅精矿含铅59.82%,铅回收率80.62%;锌精矿含锌56.55%,锌回收率77.99%的选别指标,实现了该矿山矿产资源的综合回收。
In view of the low grade,fine dissemination,high secondary copper content,density symbiosis and partial oxidation features of the complex copper-lead-zinc ore,the authors adopted copper-lead mix-flotation,copper-lead separation and collection flotation zinc from tailings of mixed float.Under appropriate grinding fineness,new inhibitors T8 and ZnSO4 at ratio of 1to 2 are used to suppress zinc,new collector ester-12 used for copper-lead flotation and new depreeant T81 for suppress of lead content.Indicators achived in closed-circuit test are as follows: copper concentrate containing copper 25.24%,the copper recovery 56.61%;Lead concentrate containing lead 59.82%,lead recovery 80.62%;Zinc concentrate containing zinc56.55%,zinc recovery 77.99%,which has successfully realized the mine resources comprehensive recovery goal.
