摘要
依据矿石的基本特性,通过合理控制矿浆pH值,可有效消除铅钒对浮选带来的不利影响;同时,采用对细粒方铅矿和银矿物选择性较好的苯胺黑药与丁基黄药组合使用,并适当添加磷酸二氢钠可大幅度提高方铅矿和银矿物的浮游特性和降低炭质灰岩和炭质纤枚岩和可浮性,明显提高浮选过程的选择性,较好的实现提高铅精矿品位和银浮选综合回收的经济技术指标目的。
In view of the basic characteristics of the ore,through controlling pH value of pulp rationally,the negative impact of anglesite on the flotation was effectively eliminated.Adoption of amino-dithiophosphate combined with butylxanthate can lead to better selectivity for fine silver and galena flotation;Whereas addition of appropriate amount of sodium dihydrogen phosphate can greatly improve the flotation characteristics of galena and silver minerals and reduce the floatability of carbon limestone and carbon fiber pieces of rock at the same time.Finally,better lead concentrate grade and silver-recovery rate can be obtained.
