摘要
腐蚀给国民经济带来的损失是巨大的,因此研究一种兼有防腐、耐磨、耐温和抗渗透性能好的材料迫在眉睫,文中以聚酯、聚醚聚氨酯和环氧树脂利用IPN技术合成的IPN新型聚合物为基料,选用通过相界面技术处理的玻璃鳞片为主填料,纳米级TiO2为超细填料,利用高速分散技术,通过特定工艺合成的具有防腐、耐磨、耐温性能突出的一种新型防腐材料。同时叙述了合成原理、工艺配方、性能测试及工业应用情况。
Erosion has brought huge losses to our national economy.Therefore it is imperative that a study be taken on a material that is anticorrosive,wear-resisting,temperature and penetration resistant.This research takes IPN polymer as basic material that is synthesized by polyester,polyether polyurethane and epoxy resin by means of IPN.It selects glass flake as main stuffing material processed by interface technology,and nanometer level TiO2 as super fine stuffing material,adopts high speed dispersion technology,and produces a new anticorrosive material through specific synthesis technology.What's more,the principal of synthesis,technological components,property test and industrial application were discussed.
