精甲霜灵对大豆根腐病菌的毒力研究 被引量:5

摘要 利用35%精甲霜灵种子处理乳剂对大豆根腐病菌进行室内菌丝生长抑制、卵孢子形成的影响和苗期盆栽防治试验。结果表明,35%精甲霜灵种子处理乳剂对立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)、瓜果腐霉菌(Pythiumaphani dermatum)和大豆疫霉根腐病菌(Phytophthora sojae)菌丝生长抑制率均较高,分别为100%、100%和84.82%。35%精甲霜灵种子处理乳剂对瓜果腐霉菌卵孢子的形成有抑制作用,对大豆疫霉根腐病卵孢子的形成有促进作用。苗期盆栽防治试验中,35%精甲霜灵种子处理乳剂对尖孢镰孢菌(Fusarium oxysporum)、立枯丝核菌、瓜果腐霉菌和大豆疫霉根腐病防效均高于对照药剂,分别达到70.93%、65.63%、63.71%和76.54%。 Inhibitory effects of 35% fine metalaxyl seed treatment emulsion on soybean root rot pathogens were determined by mycelium growth inhibition in the laboratory,the effects of generation of oospores and seedling pot control test.The results showed that the inhibition rate of 35% fine metalaxyl seed treatment emulsion on Rhizoctonia solani,Pythium aphani dermatum,Phytophthora sojae were 100%,100%,and 84.82%,respectively in the laboratory.35% fine metalaxyl seed treatment emulsion inhibited the generation of oospore of Pythium aphani dermatum and stimulation the generation of oospores of Phytophthora sojae.The control effect of 35% fine metalaxyl seed treatment emulsion on Fusarium oxysporum,Rhizoctonia solani,Pythium aphani dermatum,Phytophthora sojae were 70.93%,65.63%,63.71%,and 76.54%,respectively in seedling pot control test and was higher than control agents.
