摘要
通过转基因技术,利用农杆菌介导法,将pBIMAP30植物表达载体转化烟草,Kan筛选抗性苗,选择植株健壮、根系发达的抗性植株,提取叶片DNA进行PCR鉴定,获得阳性转基因烟草。采用RT-PCR方法证实MAP30基因能够在转录水平上正常表达。该研究为探讨具有药用价值的植物资源奠定理论基础,并为获得抗病毒、抗肿瘤功能性药物蛋白的植物新品系研发提供一定的技术支持。
The MAP30 gene was introduced into tobacco cultivar by Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation,and the transformation system was optimized,and then the transgenic plants were detected.The result of PCR and RT-PCR showed the gene MAP30 was expressed in transgenic plants,which indicated that MAP30 gene was transformed into tobacco.The transgenic plant could be used to produce MAP30 for treatments of anti-virus and anti-tumor in the future.
