Apply Achievements in Scientific Research to Improvement of Classroom Teaching

科研是教学的基础,教学则是党校的中心工作。党校教师要提高教学水平,就必须从科研这个基础抓起。实践中,党校教师一要更新理念,树立抓科研就是抓教学的理念;二要积极实践,善于将科研成果应用于课堂教学当中;三要审慎对待,正确处理科研服务教学过程中遇到的问题。

Scientific research serves as the basis of teaching, and teaching is the central task of party schools. In improving teaching, it is necessary for party school teachers to pay special attention to scientific research as the basis. In practice, party school teachers should, first, renew their ideas, fostering the idea that working at scientific research is like working at teaching, second, actively practise being good at applying achievements in scientific research to improvement of classroom teaching, third, cautiously and correctly address problems they come across in the course of making scientific research serve teaching.
