摘要
顺丁橡胶固有的粘性,使得其极易粘附在设备及管线上,粘胶脱落进入产品胶中,对产品质量产生了较大的影响。文中分析和确定了橡胶后处理单元中防粘剂的加入方式和加入量,解决了设备及管线上的粘胶问题。
The inherent viscosity of cis-polybutadiene rubber makes it extremely easy to stick to equipment and pipelines,and the viscose,when falling off into rubber product,will have significant effect on quality.This paper analyzed and determined the adding mode and dose of antiadhesion agent into the finishing unit,and solved the problem of viscose on equipment and pipelines.
