摘要
乙烯装置裂解气压缩机系统为防止设备结垢,需向裂解气中喷入适量的水,再通过段间设备进行脱出,在有水存在的系统中,有机酸和无机酸对设备的腐蚀较大。文中阐述了系统的介质腐蚀机理、腐蚀成分,提出了腐蚀控制措施。
To avoid equipment fouling of the cracking gas compressor system of the Ethylene Plant,proper amount of water has to be injected into cracking gas,and then removed through all inter-stage equipment.In the system with water existing,the organic and inorganic acids have strong corrosion to the equipment.This paper expounded the corrosion medium mechanism and corrosion components of the system,and put forward corrosion control measure.
