摘要 随着三维超声成像技术的发展,其在子宫畸形诊断方面的应用也越来越多;三维超声既能显示子宫外形,又能显示宫腔情况,还能量化畸形的程度,具有较高准确性,而且无创、费用低、可重复性高,并能较准确地鉴别双角子宫和纵隔子宫以及弓形子宫和纵隔子宫,将成为诊断子宫畸形最理想的检查方法。 With the development of three-dimensional ultrasound imaging technology, it is used in the diagnosis of uterine malformations more and more extensively. Three-dimensional ultrasound imaging can show the shape of uterine cavity and the uterus profile with a high accuracy in the diagnosis of uterine malformations. It can quantify the deformity level. Moreover, it has advantages of non-invasiveness, low cost and high repeatability and can accurately differentiate the bicornuate uterus from septate uterus, arcuate uterus from septate uterus. Three-dimensional ultrasound will be the best method for the diagnosis of uterine malformations.
