移位关节内骨折的手术治疗是骨科医生面临的挑战之一。其治疗原则是解剖复位,有效固定骨折,重建关节的完整性与肢体的解剖力线,早期进行功能锻炼。本文从伤情评估、手术时机与手术方法确立、术后康复方案制订等方面介绍了近年来移位关节内骨折的手术治疗进展,旨在进一步提高关节内骨折的临床治疗水平,加强相关的基础研究。

Operative treatment of displaced intra-articular fractures is a challenge to orthopaedic surgeons.The principles of the fractures include anatomical reduction,re-establishment of joint integrality and mechanical axis of extremity,stable fixation of the fracture to allow early joint motion.Current concepts in operative treatment of the fractures are introduced from evaluation of traumatic condition,determination of surgical time and methods,design of post-operative rehabilitation program.These will be helpful to further improve the clinical treatment level and related basic researches of the intra-articular fractures.
