炎症调控与脓毒症研究进展

Research progress of inflammation regulation and sepsis

脓毒症的本质是机体炎症反应不断加剧、持续恶化的结果。目前针对脓毒症切实有效的治疗措施不多,抗炎治疗效果极不理想。胆碱能抗炎通路通过内源性的神经反馈调节机制来达到调控炎症反应、减轻炎症性损害的作用,且具有更快速和更易控制的特点,因而在炎症反应调控中更有优势。本文就脓毒症与炎症调控相关,特别是胆碱能抗炎通路的研究进展进行了综述。

Sepsis is associated with continuously aggravated inflammation response,but there are few effective treatment strategies,especially the anti-inflammation therapy.Cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway has the advantages of rapid and controllable moderating inflammation response via endogenous nerve feedback regulation system.In the present paper,we review the progresses of sepsis and inflammation response,especially in the area of cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway.
