Influence of Radiotherapy on Salivary Glands and Adult Stem Cells
摘要
头颈部肿瘤的放射治疗能得到较高的治愈率.因此放疗是目前头颈部肿瘤的主要治疗方法.但同时放疗会损伤涎腺,出现口腔干燥症等并发症,影响患者的生活,这是放疗中急需解决的问题。本文就放疗对涎腺及其干细胞的损伤及干细胞治疗予以综述。
