摘要
通过比较不同配合比、潮湿养护时间和水泥掺量的胶砂在碳化环境中碳化深度和抗压强度保持情况,研究了石灰与硫酸盐复合激发粉煤灰胶凝系统的抗碳化性能。结果表明,生石灰与粉煤灰的最佳比例为25∶75,同时硫酸盐激发剂掺量为3%时可获得较佳的抗碳化性能;延长潮湿养护时间和外掺一定量水泥能够显著改善该胶凝系统的抗碳化性能。
The experimental study on the carbonization of lime and sulfate activated fly ash cementitious materials is carried out through different mix proportion, wet curing time and cement content. The carbonation depth and compressive strength of mortar are investigated. The results show that the optimal proportion of fly ash, lime and sodium sulfate is 75%: 25%:3%. In addition, the property of carbonation resistance of the cementitious materials is significantly improved by the duration of wet curing time and the addition of Portland cement.
