摘要
利用包头地区堆积密度较大的粉煤灰陶粒和矿物掺合料,通过正交试验的方法研制出工作性能良好的LC40结构用粉煤灰陶粒轻骨料混凝土,并对其导热性能及抗冻性能进行了试验研究。结果表明,轻骨料混凝土的导热性能比同强度等级的普通混凝土好,但其抗折强度、抗冻性能相对较差。
The good performance of LC40 fly ash ceramisite lightweight aggregate concrete applied to the structure is developed by orthogonal test method, which is made by large packing density fly ash ceramisite and mineral admixtures of Baotou area. And its thermal conductivity and frost resistance are studied by experiment. The results show that the thermal conductivity of lightweight aggregate concrete is better than the ordinary concrete with the same intensity level, but its flexural strength and frost resistance are relatively poorer.
