摘要
以12%湿排锂渣超量取代水泥,配制了C50高性能路用锂渣混凝土,测试其力学性能并研究了其随养护龄期的变化规律。结果表明,对路用C50混凝土而言,锂渣的掺入未对早期抗压强度产生负面影响,且后期强度还较未掺锂渣的混凝土有一定程度的提高;所配制的路用锂渣混凝土均能达到设计强度等级要求,且28d抗压强度还有较大的富余系数;锂渣的掺入未对路用混凝土的弹性模量产生明显影响。
C50 high performance concrete is prepared by 12% lithium slag instead of cement, and the mechanical property of concrete is tested and the changing laws of mechanical property is studied. The results show that the lithium slag has little effects on the early age compressive strength of C50 concrete, and the later compressive strength of concrete with lithium slag is higher than the one without lithium slag. The pavement lithium slag concrete can meet the design strength requirement, and the 28 days compressive has great surplus coefficient. Adding the lithium slag has no obvious effect on the elastic modulus of the pavement concrete.
