摘要
结合某高层商办楼基础底板混凝土的施工,针对水化热过高易导致混凝土开裂的问题,从原材料配合比、保温层验算、全过程温度控制、施工措施等方面阐述了厚大混凝土基础底板的施工技术。利用混凝土浇筑后的现场温度测量结果,对大体积混凝土实施了动态保温养护。
Combined with construction of a high-rise office building concrete foundation slab, in order to avoid the high hydration heat leading to concrete cracking, from the aspects such as raw material mix ratio, heat preservation layer calculation, temperature control and construction measures, the construction technology of mass concrete thick foundation slab is discussed. By the spot temperature measurement results, the dynamic temperature maintenance for mass concrete slab is carrying out.
