摘要
分析了山西平朔煤矸石电厂二期循环流化床机组一次风系统,研究了一次风系统的三种控制方案,根据现场实际,通过试验,对三种控制方案进行对比与分析,最终确定了适应该电厂一次风系统的控制方案,并对控制方案进行了优化,有效解决了循环流化床锅炉主要运行参数控制的难题,避免了循环流化床锅炉"翻床"现象的发生,保证了机组稳定运行。
The paper introduces the characters of CFB primary air system at Pingshuo power plant. The three control strategies of primary air system were studied. According to the actual situation at the power plant, three control strategies were compared and analyzed through tests, and the strategy that is adaptable to the primary air system was identified and optimized finally, which eases the control of operating parameters of CFB boiler and ensures the stable operation of unit by avoiding the occurrence of bed overturn.
