摘要 为保证磨煤机运行安全和停磨煤机后的备用或检修安全,对磨煤机入口热风调节门和热风隔绝门的结构选型进行了对比研究,在某发电公司二期工程中进行了应用,工程投产后热风调节门的开度与通过的风量有较好的调节特性,热风隔绝门在停磨煤机关门后阻断了进入磨煤机的热风和热量,磨煤机内温度小于40℃,达到了停磨煤机后的备用检修安全要求。 To ensure safe operation of coal pulverizer as well as the safety of maintenance after stopping the pulverizer, the structure selections of hot air damper and hot air isolation valve are compared. When the second phase project in a power plant is put into operation, the opening degree and passing air volume of hot air damper reached better regulating characteristics. The hot air and heat that comes into pulverizer are blocked by hot air isolation valve so that the temperature inside the pulverizer is lower than 40 ℃,which reached the safety requirements of maintenance after stopping the pulverizer.
